Download Instructions:
1. Click on the link 'Update software' below the CD picture.
2. Click on 'Open' when asked about Unzipping files; or Click on 'Run' if asked to 'Run, Save, or Cancel'.
Note: If your
OCTS is on another drive other than C:, please enter the drive letter before
the \octs path. Example:
K:\octs (Or use the 'Browse' button to locate
your OCTS).
3. Click on 'Unzip'.
4. Click on 'OK'
5. Click on 'Close'
6. Click on 'My Computer' , click on C: drive
7. Click on the OCTS folder and double-click on ins3p11.bat
file to run it.
That's it! You're done.
