CSE Worksheets/Guidelines - Access the worksheets and guidelines that CSE uses to calculate child support obligations.
NC Statutes Related to Child Support - Access the state statutes.
Centralized Collections Operation (NCCSCC) - Federal and state laws require that all child support payments be processed at one central location. NCPs and/or their employers can send child support payments to the NCCSCC, which processes and sends these payments to the appropriate clients/payees.
Application for CSE Services - Access a copy of this application on-line.
Automatic Bank Drafts (EFT) - NCPs who are not under income withholding can have their child support payments automatically drafted from their checking or savings accounts. This offers an easy and efficient alternative to sending a check or money order as payment.

Role & Responsibilities of the Noncustodial Parent (NCP)

NCPs (the parent who is being asked to pay child support) are responsible for:

Responding to all requests for information and appointments. Failure to acknowledge a request could lead to court action.
Notifying the CSE agency of any changes in status, such as name, address, employment, custody of their child(ren).
Asking questions when they need information. The CSE staff provides any information they can to help NCPs through the process.
Knowing their rights. The CSE agency cannot provide NCPs with an attorney, but NCPs have the right to seek legal counsel.
