The N.C. Weatherization Program (which includes the Heating and Air Repair and Replacement Program) is in the process of moving from the N.C. Department of Health and Human Services to the Energy Office in the N.C. Department of Commerce. Forms are still available at this site, until they can be transferred to the Energy site.
