The Office of Long-Term Services and Supports (formerly the Office of Long-Term Care) is within the Office of the Secretary in the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services. The deputy secretary for long-term care and family services provides leadership for the Office of Long-Term Services and Supports (OLTS).
